Can be combined with both the Fry Top 750 (series)-Fry Top 1000 benchtop barbecues and the Sun Grill-Master Grill carts (left or right). It consists of a burner with a ceramic honeycomb surface with very small holes to diffuse the heat, thus optimizing gas consumption. The heat developed is intense and allows a temperature very similar to that developed by coals. A stainless steel mesh is placed on it, measuring 240 mm wide, 340 mm long and 7 mm thick. Features The infrared zone is ideal for cooking various types of meat that you want to fry quickly, but also for cooking vegetables and other items. The infrared zone can also be used for cooking with any utensil: just place it on the grill and it can be used as a normal cooker. The infrared zone has the incredible advantage of practically cleaning itself. The steel grill can be cleaned like the rest of the barbecue, while the ceramic part does not require cleaning or maintenance. In fact, the high temperature (over 800°C) allows the conversion to ash of any residue, including the released cooking fat from the meat itself.
